RapidLink Repairs is proud to mark its first year in the market!

While the RapidLink name is new, the foundation behind it is not. Our team brings nearly a decade of experience supporting large-scale fleet maintenance and repair operations, originally serving as the dedicated provider for DCLI’s nationwide fleet of 300K+ assets.

Over the past year, we’ve built on that expertise to establish RapidLink Repairs as a trusted partner for keeping fleets moving—delivering fast, reliable service through a growing national network.

In our first year, we’ve:

  • Delivered consistent, reliable maintenance and repair support resulting in a 92.3% customer satisfaction rate
  • Built a reputation for speed, quality, and transparent pricing
  • Launched myRLR, our online service platform, streamlining how customers request service, track progress, and manage billing
  • Attended 12 industry conferences and events, strengthening relationships across the transportation ecosystem
  • Joined key industry organizations, including the American Trucking Associations (ATA), Illinois Trucking Association (ITA), Texas Trucking Association (CTA), and National Private Truck Council (NPTC)
  • Continued to expand our commercial team and national vendor network
  • Delivered consistent, quality service for 76 new customers
